There are three rental time windows for the Redwine Room, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM, from 5:00PM to 11:00PM and all day from 8:00AM to 11:00PM. The time between both windows is for cleaning if both windows are used the same day. If possible the time between 2:00PM and 5:00PM can be booked for $25.00 per hour.
Rental hours – all events must end at 10:00 p.m. Rentals are permitted for up to 4 hours in any given day. Renters are permitted 1 (one) hour to clean the room.
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
A maximum of 20 non-residents are allowed and each non-resident must wear a temporary guest band with the date of the party clearly identified on the band. There must be 1 adult for every 5 children under the age of 13.
